Why a bee dies after stinging us

Imagine being stung by a bee! ouch! After that, it just drops dead. if you are wondering why this happens, you will find out after reading this!

A bee is an insect. thus , it has 3 body parts.  the head, thorax and abdomen. in those parts , there is the foregut, midgut and hindgut.

when a bee stings you , it would have to struggle to release the stinger as it is barbed. when the stinger is released, it may also rip out some of the bee's intestines. without them, the bee is unable to survive. talk about a sudden death!

was this helpful? i hope so!
